Crime and Punishment:

Our system of justice in the US has fallen apart, what we have is a system of plea bargains. Many prosecutors build their career on how many cases they can settle with a plea bargain.

One district attorney that I knew personally, ran for Senator, his whole campaign was based on the fact he had never lost a case while he was district attorney, the other fact he had never taken a case to trail, all plea bargains.

It is a fact we have many innocent people serving time who are innocent, the reason being that when you are facing twenty or more years in the slammer, a plea bargain of 1-year hard time with 5 years probation is just an offer too good to refuse.

Innocent or not, when your poor you have little else to choose, so they are the ones that district attorneys build their hard line reputations on.

The real miscarriage of justice comes when some real bad ass with a big money lawyer gets the same deal, even when guilty of horrendous crimes.

I believe that if you commit the crime you do the time; no more plea-bargains for anybody. You’re thinking that with that system the poor will really come out on the short end of the system.

How do we protect the poor? Actually, it's easier than you may think; for one make our district attorneys do their job; they will have to investigate every case thoroughly.

Any district attorney caught suppressing evidence that could put doubt on the defendants guilt just to get a conviction shall face 5 years in prison. The same prison he is trying to commit the defendant too. All evidence gathered must be shared with the defendants attorney, even if he or she has been appointed by the court, which is the case with most poor defendants.

Most court appointed attorneys are either new or retards who can’t make it on their own, regardless very few court appointed attorneys have the knowledge or the balls to stand up to some big shot politically inspired district attorney; don't get me wrong I'm not trying to protect criminals, I'm just leveling the playing field a bit.

Here are my guidelines for sentencing serious offenders; first let me get into drug offenders. Ronald Reagan when president declared "war on drugs" needless to say we got our ass kicked in that war, and might add still are. What is the problem? let me put it to you as gently as possible.

We where and still are fighting the wrong enemy. Hey you ever so bright politicians; it doesn't take a Einstein to figure this one out. For example if you open a car lot and nobody buys your cars you close the doors. If you open a restaurant and nobody wants to eat in the place, your history, turn out the lights and call it quits; what I'm saying is this, go after drug users.

For first time drug users, 1 year of rehabilitation in prison, second offence, 3 years in prison no parole and castration or hysterectomy; these people are incurable, so why permit them to bring their drug addicted babies into this world for the taxpayer to support? Third offence will get them the death penalty.

Okay you bleeding hearts understand one thing; most these hard-core users are also dealing and stealing to support their habit, their dam lucky I’m not sending them all to a crematorium.

First time drug dealers 1 kilo or less $200.000 fine and back to the streets.

Second offence or those dealing more than 1 kilo, $500.000 fine and one year prison time.

For major dealers dealing in more than 5 kilos $1.000.000 fine 2 years in prison.

Robbery with a deadly weapon, Death

Rape with physical force or use of a weapon, Death

Rape with use of drugs or alcohol, the so called date rape.

This is a serious crime usually committed by youth, especially collage students so I am going to go light, if the guilty party is under twenty-five, castration and 5 years probation, if over twenty-five, castration and 5 years in prison.

There is another form of rape that bothers me, that's when a young woman goes to a young mans hotel room or apartment. She can get completely naked and jump into his bed, she can even go as far as having her legs wrapped around his ass, then all of a sudden says no. Buddy you had better pull back or you’re in deep shit.

In case you haven't noticed this usually happens to professional athletes with the brains of a piss ant; but making millions per year; personally I feel that any woman who is stupid enough to go to some young mans hotel room is asking for trouble, or money.

Face it most of these guys are between 20 and 30 years of age , right in the prime of their horny lives, and to top it off most aren't overly bright. You stick some naked woman in their bed and there is no way they will understand the word "no" and throw the stupid bitch out.

What can we do to these clowns; personally, I feel they should be fined $250,000 for first time offenders, $100,000 for the idiot girl, and $150,000 for the court who has had to listen to miss innocents line of bullshit.

Kidnapping, Death

Burglary of any kind, your house car, whatever, 5 years for first time offenders, 20 years for repeat offenders.

This list could go on and on so I'll make it short, what ever the penalties are now, triple them and you'll be close to my plan.

Okay so we might have to build a few more prisons, believe me not too many will be necessary; especially when word gets out that there are no more TVs or Radios, 10 hour work days six days a week and without pay. No gyms or other recreation activities permitted, they’ll get enough of a work out doing their jobs . Your there for two things, work and do your time.

Of course there will be schools and library's, but that's the only diversion I'd permit. Absolutely no parole, unless they've managed to study enough to get a degree.

Also any student who has chosen to educate him or her self will have the time spent studying applied to their work requirements.

Any convict who has studied hard and earned a college degree is eligible for parole upon finding an employer.

As of now there are 3 different bills about to be submitted to congress for a vote

There are three new versions of immigration law in the works; I fail to understand the mentality of those who presented these bills, they have to be more than one-step beyond being Partially Retarded.

One thing for sure, none of these programs will ever get passed, the American people are sick of all this bullshit, and folks there is an election coming up in 2014, and the politicians realize that hanging their hat on any form of an amnesty program could put them out of office.   

Why don't they just return to the old Bracero program, it worked very well, Mexican workers would come to the USA and work for 8 months then return to their homes in Mexico, totally legal, and everybody was happy.

The problem was this, Braceros could not vote.

With amnesty they can vote, and that's whats this is all about, Votes.

Our politicians don't really give a shit for Mexicans, but they sure as hell want their votes, face it if Obama hadn't gone after the Mexicans with all those promises as to what he would do to legalize Mexicans, Amnesty etc.

Face the facts folks, Obama would not have won his second term as president of the USA, if not for the Mexican vote. 

First of all lets take a look at just what amnesty will cost the American taxpayer, some estimates run all the way up to seven trillion dollars per year, that's right oh happy taxpayers,  trillions not even billions, where the hell is this money going to come from.

Sounds like a very expensive way to get cheap labor, and face it once they are legal it's no longer going to be cheap labor.

These new bills would make felons out of anyone entering the USA illegally; making approximately 13 to 20 million Mexicans felons in the US, who if and when captured would face serious Prison time.

Do you have any idea of what that brainstorm will cost the American taxpayer? Think about it, which is more than our Senators have done. Thirteen million new prisoners, the beds alone will cost over $13 billion, not including the buildings to hold them in. We would need at least 2500 new prisons at a cost of over 700 million each, then we will need another 100 thousand employees to maintain 24 hour a day operations.

These people will be felons, entitling them to full legal procedure. Court appointed lawyers, and trail by jury if they choose. Just to prosecute these people will cost the taxpayer a minimum of 13 billion, if they ever get there day in court; our judicial system is backed up now, can you imagine how many more judges we will need to bring these job snatching felons to trail. Where are we going to keep 13 to 20 million people while they await there trail date, which will probably be in thirty to forty years.

All totaled it will cost the taxpayer approximately 3 trillion per year to get these scum out of our fast food restaurants, hospitals, hotels, and of course those easy jobs of picking Americas crops.

Now, where do we get the people to replace 13 to 20 million workers? No problem, Most Americans will jump at these plush jobs, of cleaning toilets, scrubbing floors, making beds that people have shit, pissed, fornicated and vomited in.

We will have thousands of people lined up to snatch those lucrative jobs working in the fresh air of our farm camps, at $25.00 per hour.

So what if tomatoes are $12 a pound, apples should go for at least $16 a pound after all they are health food; A Big Mac or a whopper at Burger King will be a bargain at $14 bucks, if you would like a coke, that’s only $6 more, fries? Don’t even think about it unless it’s a special occasion, like your 50^th anniversary

We Americans thrive on sacrifice; so what if we have to pay a little bit more for our services; we got rid of those horrible criminals, who will take life in hand to take jobs away from real Americans.

We will soon have those felons in our prisons where they belong; eating three meals day, clean sheets and clothes daily, cable TV, education facilities, including libraries, and for the real hard core we have 6 hour work days, 5 days per week, and only pay them $3 per hour, we will sure teach those felons a lesson.

It will not surprise me when the day comes that one of our most brilliant political leaders comes up with an easy solution to our over crowding problem.

You see we have all this land in a desolated part of Alaska, no one would ever go there to spy on us, what a wonderful spot for a concentration camp; we can even train a branch of our military to guard them, we will call them our Special Service corps. SS for short.

Come on America; wake up, is this where we really want to go? We have already started building walls on our borders. Wasn't it President Reagan who said, “Tear down this wall”; I realize that East Germany was trying to keep their people in, we are trying to keep Mexicans out, so maybe if Mexico is such a great country to live in it should be Mexico building the wall; regardless it’s a stupid ineffective idea, whoever builds the dam thing.

Now for the bottom line. Who is responsible for this problem, it’s not the USA, its Mexico; one of the wealthiest countries in the Americas, with some of the poorest less educated people in the World.

We have approximately 35 million legal Mexicans, and approximately 13 to 20 million illegal Mexicans in the US; if Mexico is one of the wealthiest countries why do these people take life in hand to flee to the USA.

Mexico is a country of 126 million people, there are close to another 50 million living in the US, what does that tell you.

Did you know that Mexico has more billionaires per capita than the US?

Corruption has left Mexico a third World country; and the president of Mexico has the audacity to criticize the US, what a hypocrite.

That sob has the audacity to tell the USA they need more rights for the illegals residing in the USA, why doesn't that asshole take care of his own people in Mexico.  

If it was not for the 11 billion dollars, the hard working Mexicans send to their families, and the 8 billion brought in by the American tourist, Mexico would economically collapse.

Therefore, until Mexico can rid itself of corruption. To get itself on firm economic grounds.

Tell they can rebuild the country to educate and medically care for there own people; to where Mexicans can find economic security in their own country; they should tell their leadership to keep their feeble minded opinions to themselves; and to use there energies to make Mexico a place where Mexicans can be proud to call home.

Who started this marriage business ? Some say it was some God who said go forth and multiply, I don't believe he said "go forth and marry.

One of you humans got a hold of this and must have figured there was money to be made or at least a way to gain more control of your lives by controlling who ever you wished to have sex with.

Now as usual whenever humans get involved with interpreting what ever God they believe in says, they will for sure fuck it up, so that is probably the reason for this marriage bullshit..

I’m sure that if their is a God he would be the first to admit that in creating humans he made a few big  mistakes, but we ever so intelligent  humans have created a lot more mistakes than your God did, and this marriage B.S. is one of your biggest.

The biggest mess is divorce, a lawyer must have come up with this idea, only a lawyer could think of a way to make money from other peoples misery.

So what is marriage anyhow, the first step to divorce? its far better to disperse with marriage in the first place, why bother with this nonsense?

Now you’ve got men marrying men, women marrying women, next will come when some lunatic wants to marry his monkey or dog. Just wait tell that divorce hits the courts, I can just hear the judge now, “ the chimp gets the house, the car, and $1000 per month spousal support”.

Look you were told to go  forth and multiply, You can have as many women as you can afford to take care of..

Remember one thing you take more than one they're all yours to support for life, none of this throwing away the older to replace with the younger, and don't cry to me that "the bitch is ugly, her teats sag all the way down to her navel". She's yours and you got to keep her, saggy ass and all.

As long as all party’s are under agreement and are content with sharing life together do it.

The most important part of sharing life together is happiness, keep religion and politics out of your personal lives.

If the woman is so bad that she is making your household one of constant grief then you have the right to send her back to her family, but only under extreme circumstances, and that goes for you women as well, if the guy turns out to be a real asshole send him packing. 
I’m fully aware in some  poorer nations there is a shortage of women, or some men are just to poor to support a woman, so it makes sense to share a woman, that’s fine with me, as long as your all happy with the arrangement do it.

Very simple, Stop funding the Wars.

The USA alone sends hundreds of billions of dollars to countries such as Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Egypt, Libya, North Korea, and many more for the simple purpose of continuing these Wars.

Why? This my friends is the no brainer of no brainers, Money, and I mean big money.

The United States of America alone controls over 67% of all arms sold throughout the world to the highest bidder, Our weapon manufactures don’t give a shit to what country they sell to, they got the cash they get the weapons.

Missiles, Rifles of all calibers, bombs, even Planes, such as those that we gave to our enemies in Egypt, Tanks, Armored cars, Drones, you got the money you’re the owner of every weapon of mass destruction on the planet.

Now for the biggest joke of our time, Where do they get the money to purchase all this shit to kill people? Why it comes from Washington DC  in the form of aid for those poor starving people, who incidentally we helped create those poor starving people for the sole purpose of an excuse for sending billions of our dollars in so called aid money.

Needless to say not one penny is used to help the people, it’s all used for the purpose of buying the latest high tech weaponry, making the US arms manufactures billions in profits.

Open your eyes America, and get off your deadbeat asses and put a stop to all the greed and corruption in our capitol.

For starts, not one more penny to countries such as Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan, Libya, Syria, and especially not one more penny or aircrafts to Egypt.

In the very near future Iran will be armed with atomic bombs, and as they have sworn to Allah Israel will return to being a big sandbox.

Now when this comes about the whole of the Middle East will join hands with Iran, and this includes our very dear friends in Saudi Arabia, who we’ve been selling some of our very best high tech weaponry.  

And while we are at it not one more penny to North Korea, what the hell are we doing sending aid and tons of money to a country who has promised to attack the US with atomic bombs, are we totally out of our fucking minds or what.

If those idiots in Washington where really serious about stopping all the bloodshed in the Middle East all they would have to do is stop funding those wars.

Do you really think that’s a possibility? No way, face the facts folks those arm manufactures’ are the ones who have financed most of the politicians, Republicans, DemocRATS, actually it makes no different as to what party you represent, you support the arms manufactures, you’ll get a job in Washington.  

Catholicism and crime

For the past 26 years I've been living in Mexico, so I do know a little of what I'm about to share with you.
The one thing most Mexicans have in common is there religion, Catholicism over 99% are devoted Catholics.
My question is this , At this time we have a very serious war in Mexico, Why?
What part of "thy shall not kill" don't they understand?

Let me run some facts by you. There are more people killed in Mexico on a daily basis than in Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya and Syria combined.
They say it's okay, it's just the drug cartels fighting for control, bull shit, for every cartel member that goes down there are 5 innocents that go down with him.
How can this be? these are supposedly God fearing Catholics, and they are.
The question is why? Why are so many Mexicans Catholic?

One of the main reasons is the Vatican made them an offer they couldn't refuse. Your Catholic or your dead.

An other reason, they made converting to Catholicism such a sweet deal is this , no-matter what you do, rape, steal, cheat on your wife, and yes even murder, there is a way out, all you have to do is go to confession.
All you have to say is, "bless me father for I have sinned", and tell the priest what ever sin you have committed, The priest is who is acting on behalf of an all forgiving, all loving God, can exonerate you of all your evil deeds for this week.
No wonder there are so many Catholics in the world, no matter what hideous crime you commit you get a free pass.So what are the incentives to live by Gods rules when there is such an easy way out.

There are none, and for this reason alone I put the blame for no less than 70% of all crime in Mexico in the laps of the Catholic church, including this stupid drug war,  instigated and supported by the U.S. with arms and of course billions upon billions of dollars. but that will be discussed in another post.
